Eligibility Criteria
- Valid Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) from your licensed UK employer
- Salary meets the current threshold for your occupation code (minimum £29,000 from April 2024)
- Your job is at or above RQF Level 3 skill level
- You meet the English language requirement
- You have been working in full compliance with your current visa conditions
Documents You Will Need
- Current valid passport and any previous passports with UK visas
- Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) reference number
- Payslips covering the last 6 months
- Bank statements for the last 6 months
- Employer letter confirming salary and job title
- English language certificate (if required by your route)
